Ecohistory of Ash Creek Presentation on March 20th

ECOHISTORY OF ASH CREEK PRESENTATION ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20th

The Ecohistory of Ash Creek will be held on Wednesday, March 20 at the Fayerweather Yacht Club at 6:30 PM.  It will also include the social and cultural aspects of the important role Ash Creek has played in the lives of its residents in addition to the ecological changes over time.  This ecohistorical/cultural study is the result of in-depth research by Bryan Quinn, RLA and Steve Danzer, Ph.D. and grew out of our scientific study.  It includes interviews with long-time Black Rock residents as well as an analysis of scientific and historical records.  We expect this will be a lively and interesting presentation with Bryan Quinn as our presenter.  Thank to our primarily sponsor, Bruce Hubler, who provided matching funds for this project and to our members who responded enthusiastically with generous donations. There will be no charge for this event for members.  If you haven’t renewed your membership yet, this is a good reason to do so!

Please RSVP to as soon as possible to make your reservations.  Free to ACCA members, $10 admission for non-members.   The maximum for the room is 60 and we expect this event to be filled to capacity.
