While ACCA did not officially intervene in the DEP proceedings, ACCA and its members presented arguments against the dock at the public hearing. The dock was reduced in size from 85 feet to 35 feet and has not yet been built. There were no plans for a powerboat to be moored on this dock, just a sailboat.
